Evaluation

  • Design and conduct of formative, summative and developmental evaluations. I am experienced in a range of methodologies (e.g. mixed methods, participatory, social justice, empowerment) and data collection techniques and have a particular interest in trauma-informed evaluation.

Social Policy

Facilitation and Organisational Coaching

Facilitation services that draw on my background in organisational coaching, performance and experience leading more than 100 workshops with executive, management and operational teams in sectors ranging from manufacturing to courts.

Every consultancy is different. Taking the time to properly understand your context and needs and to build relationships with key people often surfaces critical information. I think deeply about your issues, work flexibly to short or evolving timelines and bring in other expertise as required.

I use a warm, constructive approach to build rapport with people. My experience and formal training in organisational coaching allow me to ask important questions that help you move forward.

Connecting

I believe complex social problems are best tackled by harnessing knowledge and linkages across policy areas and disciplines. The public, corporate, community and academic sectors  offer much to one another and I draw on my cross-sector experience where possible. I enjoy moving between the big picture and the detail and helping to connect individuals and organisations.
