Australian singer-songwriter Lydia Phillips blends pop rock and indie folk music on her debut EP Hibiscus January. See her perform live with her band at an upcoming gig as they promote the long-anticipated CD release.

Lydia is currently travelling in Ireland, Scotland and England and playing gigs. Performing at the infamous De Barras Folk Club in Clonakilty, Ireland, on 14 July. She is participating in the UK Songwriting Festival in Bath, England in August.

Lydia's duet EP with Spanish singer-songwriter miTchel was recorded this week in Barcelona, Spain. The EP, with four new acoustic tracks in English and Catalan, will be available online in March 2011. A videoclip of one of the songs, shot in the studio and in the streets of Barcelona, will also be available.
